American professional tennis player, and a legend in tennis, Andre Agassi was born on April 29, 1970. He is a former World No. 1 tennis player and remained no 1 for a long time. His full name is Andre Kirk Agassi. He was born to a Assyrian American father, his father used to play professional boxing when he was in Iran, and he also represented Iran national boxing team in 2 Olympics. Agassi love tennis, and from his childhood he started playing, and soon he joined academy.
He played well, and that is why at the age of 16, he was turned pro in the year 1986. Later, by showing great games and temperament, he became famous day by day, and became the world champion. Not only that, but he is only the 1 male player who won all the Grand Slam tournaments and won the Olympic Gold Medal as well. Apart from that, he is among the 5 male tennis players who have won all the four Grand Slam tournaments. More then any other player, he has won the ATP Master Series 17 times.
In September 2006 he announced his retirement from professional tennis due to problems with his backbone. He was married to former World No. 1 and legend Steffi Graf, and he has 2 children.
