Lucas Edward Neill was born on 9 March 1978 in Sydney, Australia. He is currently playing in Premier League for West Ham United as a Defender. He started his professional football with Millwall in 1995 and remained with the for the 6 years making 152 appearances, scoring 13 goals. In 2001 he joined Blackburn Rovers for an initial fee of £600,000 plus up to £400,000 more depending on appearances. He made his debut for the club in the match against Sunderland.
