David Nugent Biography

David James Nugent was born on 2 May 1985 in Huyton, England. He is currently playing in Premier League for the Portsmouth as a Striker. He started his professional football with Bury in 2002 and went on to play 88 matches scoring 18 goals. In 2005 he joined Preston North End for a fee of £100,000 and became the key player of the side. In 2007 he joined Portsmouth for a transfer fee of £6 million and helped the side in winning several crucial matches.
