Ersan Ilyasova, who plays Power Forward-Small Forward and wears jersey number 8 for the Milwaukee Bucks in the National Basketball Association, was born on May 15, 1987, in Eskisehir, Turkey. He stands 6 feet 10 inches and weighs 240 lbs. He was drafted in the 2nd round, 36th overall in 2005 by the Milwaukee Bucks.


Before joining the Milwaukee Bucks in 2009, he has also been a member of the Ülkerspor from 2004-2005, Tulsa 66ers from 2005-2006, Milwaukee Bucks from 2006-2007 and FC Barcelona from 2007-2009.


He was 2006 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship MVP.
