Will Ohman is a professional baseball player from Germany who represents Los Angeles Dodgers at Major League Baseball as Relief pitcher. Ohman was born on August 13, 1977 in Frankfurt, West Germany. Having good skills, he is considered to be an important part for his team. During his tenor in professional baseball, so far he has earned a lot of fame and respect. In professional baseball, he has been associated with any team in Major League baseball for 9 years. Apart from the national minor's baseball league, Ohman has played for Chicago Cubs, Atlanta Braves and Los Angeles Dodgers in the major's level. For Los Angeles Dodgers, Ohman wears shirt no. 43. Right from his school age he used to be a good player. Ohman joined Ponderosa School Ponderosa, Colorado and played several games for the school team. Quite often he was noticed for the potentials he has by the good performance he demonstrated during games. That time, expectators believed that he will be a star in the future. Later Ohman joined Pepperdine University and since he was very keen to play baseball, he continued to play and represented the college's baseball team. After playing a few matches, he got the seniors' attentions due to his performance and that was inspiring to everyone. He looked forward to play professionally in the future and continued to impress the audience by his great abilities. His dream came true and Ohman was selected by Chicago Cubs in 8th Round (226th overall) of 1998 amateur entry draft. Before playing for the top class team, he had to climb the ladder of minor league system. He played several games in the minor league and demonstrated his skills to impress the selectors. Soon, he was called to join the main team on September 19, 2000 for the Chicago Cubs.
