Roberto Kellyx is a famous personality in Major League Baseball. He is the hitting coach of San Francisco Giants these days. Under this superb guidance, the team has achieved some good results. He was born on October 1, 1964 in Panama City, Panama. His capabilities are well utilized by the players in the team. His fan and media reporters often call him by his nick name La Sombra and he is more famous by his nick name. Overall, at MLB, he has been attached for 22 years. Apart from the national minor's baseball league, Kellyx has played for New York Yankees, Cincinnati Reds, Atlanta Braves, Montreal Expos, Los Angeles Dodgers, Minnesota Twins, Seattle Mariners and Texas Rangers in the major's level. Right from his childhood, he was inspired by the game of baseball. He studied at Panama City School PN and played his early career baseball games representing his school team where he was considered to be a good baseball player and due to his potentials he was considered to be a future star. After proven to be the best in the college team, Kellyx was signed as an undrafted free agent by the New York Yankees in 1982. Later he played professionally in the minor league and started to climb the ladder, and it was a dream came true when he was called to join the main team in the Majors on July 29, 1987 for the New York Yankees. So far, apart form a lot of fame and fortune, he has earned some notable honors that include All-Star.
