Kosuke Fukudome is a professional baseball player from Japan. He was born on April 26, 1977 in Osaki, Soo District, Kagoshima, Japan. At present, Fukudome represents Chicago Cubs in Major League Baseball as Outfielder. His talent and ability to perform has made him an important part of his team, and for the same he has earned a lot of respect and fame as well. In majors' levels, Fukudome has an experience of 10 years. Apart from the national minor's baseball league, Fukudome has played for Chunichi Dragons and Chicago Cubs in the major's level. For Chicago Cubs, Fukudome wears shirt no. 1. When he as a kid, he loved to watch baseball, and soon, he started to play at his home. Later, in the PL Gakuen School Osaka,Japan, he performed for the school team where people believed that he has a great potential and he should get proper training to become a star soon. He continued to play at minor levels and later some time, Fukudome was signed by a major league team, and after spending some time with the minor teams, he got an opportunity to play for the bigger team and he made a debut on April 2, 1999 for the Chunichi Dragons of Nippon Professional Baseball. His present annual salary is $12,500,000.
